Seven golf courses under construction offer profitable off-plan investment opportunities Bulgaria is turning into an attraction centre for golf admires and professional players. Due to the growing tourist’s and investor's interest to Bulgaria, several golf courses are now being built in different parts of the country. Although Bulgaria is not a big country, there are three functioning big golf courses – near Ihtiman , near Sliven and the “St.Sofia” golf course in the village of Ravno Pole near Sofia. Almost all of them are in proximity to mountain or Black sea resorts but are secluded enough to offer the perfect conditions for sport and recreation.
