The house is one-story, located in a large village, 7 km from the Bulgaria-Romania border, 38 km from the coast and the famous Durankulak Lake, 8 km. from the small town of General Toshevo, 30 km from Dobrich, 75 km from Varna airport.

The village is large, about 900 inhabitants, with a well-developed infrastructure: there are shops, a school, a kindergarten, its own mayor's office, a post office, a club, restaurants, a bar, regular bus lines to the regional town of Dobrich. The roads are well paved.
