We offer a two-storey house, 45 km from the airport of Varna and the sea, 6 km from the nearest regional town. The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and hills, as well as a beautiful lake, where you can go for fishing.
According the Bulgarian standards, the village is quite large with a population of 1300 people. It has  a well-developed infrastructure: own town hall, post office, school, church, library, shops, cafes, medical office etc. Good asphalt roads.

The house is made of brick, with a living area of 100sq.m. and has the following layout:
Ground floor - 3 rooms which can be used as a living room, kitchen, bathroom and WC or basement.
First floor - 3 bedrooms, a room for a shower with WC.
The house is inhabitable and needs repair.

The plot of land is more than 1000 sq.m. There is a strong barn, where one of its parts can be used as a garage, and the other – as agricultural premises for tools or workshop.
The main facilities like water supply and electricity are connected to the house.
There is a beautiful view of the hills, forest and the vastness from the house.
