Apartments on the first line in Balchik. The complex is located on the beach, on the sea front in Balchik. It consists of 4 maisonettes (situated on the first  floors and all of them have direct access to the beach), 14 apartments and 4 studios, which are offered in fully finished form, but without furniture. Exhibition design-apartment, which is currently finishing, fully give our customers the idea how will look like theirs new home. We have some great ideas and options on the furniture, but it is an option, which will be fully chosen by the client.

Complex disposes with modern and cozy reception. With this we give opportunity to the owners to give their apartments for rent, for which will be signed and agreement management.

The complex will be put into operation in August 2012
